Car Parking

Parking is limited around the ANZ Viaduct Event Centre due to on-going construction of Wynyard Quarter. There are a number of car parks in the vicinity however we recommend Viaduct Car Park (entrance off Sturdee Street), which is a short walk around the viaduct from the venue.

Accessing your team list

You don’t have to download and print the e-tickets for your entire team. Instead, you can view and download an excel spreadsheet of your full team via your tiktok dashboard. Click here to log in and go to the ‘Downloads’ section for full details. We have attached a screenshot of how this looks in your dashboard.

Health & Safety

At Fairfax Events we want to ensure the safety of all users of the park. As Madills Farm remains open to the public and we allow site holders to have vehicles on site, for safety reasons we require all vehicles to be escorted on foot by someone accompanying the driver.

YOU MUST ‘WALK’ YOUR VEHICLE TO YOUR SITE:

Each vehicle should have a driver and a ‘walker.’ The speed limit on Madills Farm is walking pace only (5kmph).

The walking person must wear a Hi-Vis vest and maintain a lookout for potential hazards. Drive with your headlights and hazard lights on. The parks are public spaces, so please be aware of pedestrians and other users of the park at all times.

Access Times

BUMP IN:

Saturday 4 March - 8.30am to 4pm

Sunday 5 March - 6.00am to 9.30am (no vehicle movements allowed after 9.30am)

BUMP OUT:

Sunday 5 March - 1pm to 5pm.

Please note: There will be no vehicle movements permitted on Madills Farm before 1pm. If you intend to leave the park before this time we recommend you park outside of the area.
