Our team hospitality site packages are better than ever for 2018 Ports of Auckland Round the Bays. We have 5 for you to choose from. These are all located in Madills Farm Reserve in Kohimarama at the end of the Ports of Auckland Round the Bays event. These hospitality site packages are a great way to celebrate with your team after the race and enjoy a BBQ and some refreshing drinks together in a relaxed setting.
You do not have to be a corporate company to purchase a team site, if you want to purchase one (or more) to have fun with friends, family you are most welcome.
Order forms for catering and party hire will be available on this page to download closer to the event date.
Please note our All our 2018 sites listed below will be located at Madills Farm Reserve in Kohimarama. In the event that Madills Farm Reserve reaches maximum capacity we will extend to Glover Park (a short 10 minute walk away from Madills Farm Reserve).
There are five types of packages that are available for purchase (you may book multiple adjoining sites if required). All site prices are GST inclusive.

You can’t go wrong with a couple of sausages off the BBQ, a thirst quenching beverage and a good chair to sit on after finishing Ports of Auckland Round the Bays. We have you all sorted in terms of decking your site out with furniture, ordering food to fill the grumbling tummies and keep everyone from getting parched.

Do I require a liquor license?
If a site host is providing the alcohol without any charge, donation, contribution or koha on the part of attendees no special license is required as no 'sale' is taking place.
If attendees at a site are bringing their own alcohol then no special license is required as no 'sale' is taking place.
If a site host is providing alcohol and it is provided in return for any charge, donation, contribution or koha on the part of the attendees a special license is required as a 'sale' is taking place.

Site hosts acknowledge that if they are to charge attendees (directly or indirectly) for alcohol, they are responsible for obtaining a liquor license from the Auckland City Council.
