Our Hospitality Package options

Choose a Hospitality Package to suit your team’s needs. Our Rā, Maunga and Moana Packages include a covered marquee site, whilst our Whenua Package includes an open grass site.

Book enough sites to accommodate your team. We don’t want anyone to miss out! Each site can fit around 30 team members, or less if you have additional furniture/equipment on your site.

Also, due to the set up of the sites, we aren't able to allocate marquee sites next to Whenua grass sites.

*The car pass allows you to drive onto the park. The car can then be parked within your site boundaries or taken off the park once unloading is finished.
**Compostable serviceware includes 30x cups, plates, cutlery and napkins from Ecoware. Reducing our environmental footprint is key, so it is mandatory for all site holders to use compostable serviceware.

“Taking part in this event is part of our people engagement strategy. It’s awesome to have everyone out and about and connect with staff across the business. If we didn’t book a hospo site it would be so hard to meet up afterwards! This way we know we have a spot, the BBQ is cranking and we can all relax and celebrate together.”
